Paul Warshauer

Paul Warshauer has devoted fifty years of his life to theatre and real estate. Mr. Warshauer has a wide-range of experience in theatre programming, grant writing, operations, and real-estate development. He is a writer, director, and producer and is noted for creating over 450 original Murder Mysteries across the US. Warshauer was raised by his paternal grandparents. Ben and his wife Libby Warshauer were pioneers in the parking industry from 1929 so Paul has “cement is in his veins.”   Paul attended Northwestern University in Chicago and graduated from California State University with degrees in theatre, English and speech. He was a teacher with 10 years of classroom experience in California, Oregon, and Illinois. As Chairman and CEO of the Grande Venues, Paul also sits at the head of many organizations, companies, and not-for-profit Boards of Directors. He now makes the historic seven-story Masonic Temple Building in Grand Island, Nebraska his home.  

Loren Margolese

Loren Margolese is Creator and Executive Producer of “The Legend of Marshal Dead” tv series in development.  Loren is also in the development stage for several other tv series and reality tv shows.  Loren is from Los Angeles originally but has settled in Dallas, TX after serving in the Air Force.   In addition to the production projects,  he runs a fitness and personal protection business.   Loren does workshops and seminars on personal protection as well as women’s self-defense.   And works with clients on functional strength and conditioning, clients range from business, retired people, to professional athletes. Loren martial arts training includes Aikido, Okinawan Karate, Brazilian Jujitsu, the Russian art of Systema, and others.  As well as extensive weapons training such as bladed weapons and firearms.
